Local Collective Agreement
An Agreement between Douglas College and the Douglas College Faculty Association. The duration of this Agreement shall be from April 1, 2007 to March 31, 2010. In the event the negotiations are not completed before its date of expiry, this Agreement shall continue in force until amended or superseded.

An Agreement between the Employers' Bargaining Committee on behalf of member institutions ratifying this Common Agreement and the Provincial Bargaining Council on behalf of the trade unions ratifying this Common Agreement. April 1, 2007 to March 31, 2010.

Joint Administration & Dispute Resolution Committee (JADRC)
Where a dispute arises concerning the interpretation, application, operation or alleged violation of the Common Agreement, the local parties will refer the dispute to JADRC. Such referral would occur after the local grievance procedure is exhausted or deemed completed by agreement of the local parties.
